2. Apply and cure your preferred base: structure gel, 3-Free Rubber Base, Stellar Rubber Base, or Stellar Bond Base.
3. Apply and cure two thin coats of Delicate for a soft, barely-there wash of color.
4. Apply and cure Stellar Shine Top for a glossy, no-wipe finish.

Cure time: 60 seconds per layer in the Stellar Shine Anywhere UV/LED lamp.
