Refunds for Unwanted Items

In line with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) laws, we provide a 30-day period from the date of receipt for returns of items purchased online. Should you wish to return your purchase within this timeframe, please notify us at info@stellargel.com, including your order number in your correspondence. Requests for refunds beyond the 30-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by us at this time. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Be aware that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to return an unwanted item, please follow the return instructions mentioned above. To obtain a different item, a new order will need to be placed, and standard shipping fees will apply.

Damaged in Transit
