I'm a first time buyer. I went ahead and stacked up a decent order because all of their colours are super lovely and looked very pigmented. Sarah, had reached out to me and informed me they were out of stock of one of the colours I had picked, she gave me a few options and I ended up choosing to wait as I really wanted the shade "temptation". Not only was she communicative, she also was kind enough to hook me up with a few extra colours for my patience! What a sweet treat! I just opened up the box about 5 minutes ago and noticed a lovely handwritten note thanking me for my order.
To anybody wanting to buy from this company, I HIGHLY recommend them. The shades are all very beautiful and the staff are excellent to deal with. Nothing but great customer service the whole way through, I will be buying again in the future 100000%.
