City Lights is an iridescent glitter nail polish with the effervescent sparkle of a bustling urban night. This glitter nail polish delivers full opacity in two coats for a dazzling, multidimensional shine.

1. Prep the nail: clean, dehydrate, and lightly buff as needed.
2. Apply and cure your preferred base: structure gel, 3-Free Rubber Base, Stellar Rubber Base, or Stellar Bond Base.
3. Apply two thin coats of City Lights, curing each coat.
4. Apply and cure Stellar Shine Top for a glossy, no-wipe finish.

Cure time: 60 seconds per layer in the Stellar Shine Anywhere UV/LED lamp.
