How to apply
- Ensure your gel color or structure gel is fully cured.
- Apply a thin, even coat of Stellar Shine Top.
- Cure 60 seconds in the Stellar Shine Anywhere UV/LED Lamp.
- No wipe needed, the finish cures tack-free.
- Finish with cuticle oil.
Pair with
Structure Gel 2.0 (any shade), Rubber Base 3-Free, Stellar Bond Base 3-Free, and cuticle oil.
