Phantom Glow is a HEMA-free, TPO-free crisp white gel nail polish that transforms into an eerie electric blue glow in the dark. A limited-edition Halloween shade that passes for a clean white manicure until the lights go out.

Clean white sets with a secret, and the subtlest way into the glow collection.

1. Prep the nail: clean, dehydrate, and lightly buff as needed.
2. Apply and cure your preferred base: structure gel, 3-Free Rubber Base, Stellar Rubber Base, or Stellar Bond Base.
3. Apply two thin coats of Phantom Glow, curing each coat.
4. Apply and cure Stellar Shine Top for a glossy, no-wipe finish.

Cure time: 60 seconds per layer in the Stellar Shine Anywhere UV/LED lamp.

Glow pigment needs light to charge. Give the finished nail a moment under your lamp or in daylight before the reveal, and the glow will read at its strongest as soon as the lights drop.

3-Free Rubber Base, Stellar Rubber Base, or Stellar Bond Base (or apply over structure gel), and Stellar Shine Top for a glossy, no-wipe finish.
