CLOUD RELAY

Cloud Relay is a HEMA, HPMA, and TPO-free semi-translucent lilac-blue gel nail polish with a delicate, light-catching blue shimmer.

A clean, sophisticated, minimalist manicure.

1. Prep the nail: clean, dehydrate, and lightly buff as needed.
2. Apply and cure your preferred base: structure gel, 3-Free Rubber Base, Stellar Rubber Base, or Stellar Bond Base.
3. Apply one to two thin coats of Cloud Relay, curing each coat, for your desired depth of shimmer.
4. Apply and cure Stellar Shine Top for a glossy, no-wipe finish.

Cure time: 60 seconds per layer in the Stellar Shine Anywhere UV/LED lamp.
