Stellar Gel: Hi Tracy! Thanks for joining us. We know how much you love our products, but if you had to pick just a few, what would be your absolute favorites?
Tracy: It's honestly so hard to choose because I genuinely love every product. But if I had to pick, my favorites are Peach Silk Structure Gel and Soft Cotton Structure Gel. I also love everything Cat Eye, and of course, our signature Stellar White. Each one delivers exceptional quality and allows for so much creativity, which is what I live for.
Stellar Gel: We're so glad to have you as part of the Stellar family! Can you tell us how you first got started with us and what made you choose Stellar?
Tracy: I had many conversations with Sarah [Thompson] even before Stellar Gel officially launched. Just from those early chats, I was so excited to try the brand. I already knew how amazing Sarah was, so I had a feeling it was going to be something special. I guess you could say I've been with Stellar from the very beginning, and it's been an incredible journey.
Stellar Gel: You have such a strong passion for nails. What are some of your top tips for a nail tech just starting their journey, or someone considering getting into the profession?
Tracy: I would suggest that anyone considering getting into the profession makes sure their knowledge and education are solid. Take time to research the educator you'll be training with, as well as the products you'll be investing in. Quality education and tools really set the foundation for your career. And remember, practice truly does make perfect, so keep working on your skills and don't rush the process.
Stellar Gel: That's such valuable advice. Can you share a recent nail design or a project you've worked on that you're particularly proud of?
Tracy: I'd say this set (done on my own nails) is one of my favorites. It's delicate, pretty, and styled in a way that gives a soft French tip effect. I love how elegant yet subtle it looks. I used Peach Silk Structure Gel to create this gorgeous set.

Stellar Gel: We can tell! Your Instagram feed, @nails.bytracy, is a constant source of inspiration. What's a typical day like for you at your salon, Nails By Tracy? What's your favorite part of the job?
Tracy: As a working mom and wife, a typical day usually involves seeing around three clients, whilst also fitting in school drop-offs and pick-ups. Between each appointment, I sanitize my tools and salon to keep everything safe, clean, and welcoming. I want my space to feel inviting and relaxing—a place where clients can switch off from the world, whether they need to vent, laugh, cry, or share their news. My favorite part of the job is being there for my clients and seeing them leave not only with nails they love but also feeling better than when they arrived.
Stellar Gel: What does being a Stellar Gel brand ambassador mean to you, and what are you most excited to share with your followers about the brand?
Tracy: I don't think I will ever be able to put into enough words just how much it means to me. I feel like a proud mother watching the brand grow whilst loving every ounce of what Stellar Gel stands for. I truly believe that you need a great foundation for everything in life. Sarah is the heart and foundation of the brand; she truly is an inspiring woman who is driven with passion and care for her brand. This extends beyond and includes all of her brand ambassadors—we really feel the love! I am excited to share how Stellar Gel is a brand that truly cares, is customer-led, and always provides excellent quality products.
Stellar Gel: We'll end on a tough one. If you could only use one Stellar Gel product for the rest of your career, what would it be?
Tracy: Honestly, these kinds of questions are my least favorite, only because I genuinely love all of the products! But to make it easier, I'll go with what I'm wearing right now: Maple Cream Structure Gel. It's like an all-in-one product; even after wiping away the tacky layer, the shine looks as though you've already added a top coat. It's just gorgeous.
